Sean

What I learned from the project is that it is actually pretty difficult to edit audio and video since there are so many things to take into account. One of these things was recording since we had to have it perfectly timed when we would start singing and had to keep track of how many times we said "Let the player kick" since after a while its hard to keep track. If we continued I would probably try and find another song that is maybe a little more challenging and record another video as well.
it's Duncan. google project was actually a lot more fun than I thought it would be. it taught me that making lyrics is harder than it seems. it was hard to make lyrics to a song that already lyrics that we could base it off of so just imagining how much harder it would be wih just music is pretty cool. one thing that I would change about the google project is give a little more time I class to work on it. I would gladly do this project again!
Sean

Over the weekend Duncan and I worked on editing the video which was actually pretty challenging since we had to match up our video to a certain time limit and also had to make it flow well with the song. Once we did that however we just put the music into it and we were done

A little more than a week ago on December 4 Sean and I got together for the last time. We put the final song and put our edited video parts together and are ready for our presentation tomorrow! I didn't put any videos up on the blog because the files were too big and took too long to upload... but, ready for tomorrow!

Yesterday on October 30,

Sean and I started to refilm our video part of the music video. we refilmed it so that it could match lyrics in the song. I will post some of the videos that we took yesterday later today when i get home and have access to them. We still have to edit the video and then add it to the song and make sure they are synced up.
On October 23rd,

Sean

Yesterday Duncan and I worked hard for about 4 hours working on the song as well as the video. We used garage band to record and have all of our video shooting. What we got done was we were able to finish recording the song. And let me tell you its a lot harder than I thought it would be. The recording however was pretty fun and hopefully some people will like it. Now whats left is to edit the video and set it to the song.

Sean

Today while looking around for a bunch of songs and some possible raps we have settled on singing "Let the Drummer Kick" by Citizen Cope and also possibly doing a music video along with it. If you have ever heard the song all of the lyrics besides "let the drummer kick" are words that end in ion. So our group is going through a list of words that end in ion and are replacing them with our own words. And then sing something about that word like they do in the song. If you have never heard the song here is with lyrics.

Day 1 -- Nichoras

Hello, my name is Nick. How are you? I have been in band for 3 years. It is very fun. As you may have inquired from a fellow blogger, we have changed our idea for our Google Project from making a parody parkour video (stupid idea) to making a music video where Sean and another person sing. Itll be funny and embarassing (and autotuned, dont worry) so please enjoy when we upload it.    #toochill

Day 1: Duncan

It's Duncan posting and we have changed our idea to a music video in which my group will make a song on garage band (me and nick), make lyrics to go with the music (bradley and sean), sing it (bradley and sean), and autotune it (me and nick).
